In particular, Sonja van der Vyver places a very high priority on delivery of outputs for beneficiaries. She has a strong, warm and non-condescending relationship with beneficiaries, and always places a high degree of importance on community consultation and consensus-building. She has a can-do attitude and faces setbacks and challenges with equanimity, vigor and passion. Her outcomes-focus results consistently in delivery to the beneficiaries, in time and in budget.
